“I AM THE PRIZE” OFFICIAL POSTER REVEALED

The official poster has been revealed for I Am The Prize, a striking new short film starring Russell Tovey and directed by Saikat Karantalwar.

The film follows a polarising self-help figure at the height of his public influence, whose carefully constructed identity begins to fracture during a high-stakes lecture tour. Positioned as a leading voice in personal transformation and self-actualisation, his on-stage persona is polished, persuasive and widely consumed by audiences seeking clarity and change.

However, as the tour progresses, the pressures of maintaining this curated image begin to intensify. Behind the rhetoric of empowerment, cracks emerge in the performance — revealing a growing dissonance between who he presents himself to be and who he may actually be. What unfolds is a psychological unravelling shaped by expectation, control and the demands of constant visibility.

Starring Russell Tovey, I Am The Prize explores themes of identity, influence and the commodification of self-belief in an era defined by performance and perception. The film examines what it means to embody success in public, and the cost of sustaining a persona that increasingly feels impossible to maintain.

With its provocative premise and contemporary relevance, I Am The Prize offers a sharp, unsettling look at the blurred boundaries between authenticity and performance within modern self-help culture.
